As grant funding timelines change, CCBHCs must proactively plan for financial and operational sustainability to ensure continuity of care and long-term impact. This short learning series offers grantees a structured space to explore and apply real-world strategies for sustaining the CCBHC model beyond initial funding. Through peer exchange, expert facilitation, and hands-on tools, participants will learn how to align services with reimbursement pathways, integrate financial and clinical operations, and build strategic partnerships to support long-term viability. Sessions will emphasize actionable planning, systems mapping, and engagement of key stakeholders in driving sustainability forward. Whether you're preparing for a Medicaid demonstration, refining your billing infrastructure, or seeking to strengthen cross-department collaboration, this series is designed to help your CCBHC thrive well beyond the grant cycle.
